Ted,

I never made investment decisions based on TA alone, thus my hesitations. But I certainly don't disagree with your reading of MACD.

I read, from the narrowing trading bands of LU, that a movement may be imminent. But it could be UP or DOWN in theory.

LU is experiencing growing pains now, hope this be over them soon
and company learns a lesson.
