I don't use Datek's streaming quotes, but I believe you can have 200 on a watch list now. And no, you don't have to own them. I use MyTrack for quotes and Level II. Costs $100+ month. Good, but not perfect.

I use the Datek streamer. It is a nice feature and will display stocks other than those that you own. Will not display OTC as you cannot trade OTC stocks at Datek. Datek is under $10 per trade and has decent response time. I am setting up an account with A. B. Watley who offers free Level II for accounts with $10,000 value.
