More DD--Staying on top of the SEC filings--Looking for clues. Still looking for news and clues as for the recent RGEN activity. A SEC 13-G was filed yesterday and this filing is required to indicate large holdings. This 13-G documents the beneficial ownership of 1,916,000 shares of RGEN, 8.76% of the outstanding at the time of the filing, by Wellington Management Co., LLP. So, over 25% of Repligen is now controlled by two entities. Still no news or clues.
