Hey folks,

Tom Shrake's speech at the Cordilleran Roundup and Catherine McLeoud-Seltzer's interview with Info-Mine are available at PFG's home page.

Being simple usually works. There is no need to complicate things.

I see your points but you must eventually look at the economics of the project to determine the price. Right now we don't know. My points about the purchase price and the NSR will effect the IRR of the project. Not having the money in the bank to pay for the project shows me there will be dilution. Also factor in the finder fees etc. If a major steps in to buy the company, they will factor all this in. It's not as easy as Barb says, this is a different market than before. Nobody will take over PFG until the property is proven. This will take a couple of years.

cheers
