I've read on here several times that fbr doesn't mind if you flip the IPO shares on the first day. I don't know that for a fact, but that's what many have reported here.

Personally, I've had more success at ETrade but fbr has been increasing the number of issues in which they participate. Of course, they've increased their ads and PR so accounts are probably increasing faster.
