I don't understand how the lock-up can be priced in already. I can understand lowered expectations, but aren't we still dealing with simple supply & demand.....if a large number of shares come onto the market with a market order, won't the bid/ask move lower to accomodate ? I guess your arguement is that the people poised to buy are ready to absorb these at current price levels ? I'm betting that the flood of supply pushes the stock to the $100 range, where I would like to pick some up for a 1-2 yr timeframe (before 3g develops). Thoughts ? cm
