James, is there anything preventing SNH from eliminating the dividend
entirely during an interim turbulent period, and catching up later in the fiscal year, to meet whatever payout guidelines require? THAT is what I would be afraid of. Is it possible?

And so after I added to YUM yesterday, I doubled up in SNH. I agree. The price has gotten stupid, even if it does consistently make new lows. Worst-case my yield will be 10%. Middle case 20%. Best case with capital gains just tremendous.

I wonder if the investment bankers were told about the dumping area of nuclear weapons on the Paducah site?
