Daniel,...I will not go in the details you have pointed out because:

1- I truly believe this board will be very successful

2- All the shares I own now are free because I bought at .40 and took my money out at 1.50 and left my gains in for the long haul.

3- This morning I have purchased the same amount I once bought and intend to sell these ( now that I am more positive on LWN future existence) when they reach 4.00 - 6.00. I can wait.

If I were you I would cover my shorts SOON.

Regards,

Den

Daniel...great hedge you have going. My kudos, for what they're worth...

...scrolling back through the news, I can't find the release mentioning who signed on to be their lead financier on the "road to recovery", or secure they're debts...Union Bank? can't remember. Top 10 for sure.

Your points about the commons being at the bottom of the food chain definitely got my attention. I'm making a fairly blind assumption that LWN will continue on as a going concern...not necessarily the best strategy in this case...:O)

I'm still flat, and await a weighted technical move which validates the above assumption. If I set up a straight lon gposition, I'll let you know...right now, STEI & LWN have both cooled off, though I'd give the nod to LWN first...

Take care.
