Don't worry. In a real decline you will never be able to get through to your broker to place the sell order. In '98 a few of us here were trying to cash out on our big poot winners during the tumble. I don't think one of us got through. -ng-

Peter, don't think for a moment that you're safe in the spoos...the bids can disappear there just as fast. however, you're right...if we get a real decline, it would quickly snowball and the less liquid stocks would see no bids at all.
i read somewhere when you see YHOO $3 bid and $100 ask, you'll know the bottom's in. i'll be buying with both hands if and when that day arrives...
