Donna, with stocks like IMNR, BBII, OPTC, OPTK, GENE, SKYC, etc. . . . [fairly thinly traded. . usually squeezed out after a move up] there are a few ways to play.

One way is to buy before the move and sell into the momentum. . . but that play is now long gone.

The next way is to scalp the momo as a daytrade. . getting in quickly at the bottom and selling near the top and repeating as often as is possible.

You could play them as a swing and wait out the moves. . . often this requires watching them fall on a squeeze out. . .only to rebound and make higher moves yet. . . .only applicable in the current market. . .I would never consider trying this in the summer, when the bears rule.

Finally, you could do your DD and decide to hold long-term. . .buy low and put them away and not watch the frenzy or worry about the price until you see your target. . .then sell out your original investment and hold free shares. . . then re-evaluate.

Any mutation of the above plays can lead to increased frustration and decreased gains.
