I think opening up of the telecom sector in India (WSJ this week) is huge news for Indian IT companies. That could be the reason.

Mohan, let me stand in line among those who wish to thank you for your unceasingly info-rich, cool-eyed presentation of the Indian economic world. I owe you a fine bottle for your sharing of excellent DD on SIFY, my first ten-bagger ever, and in a mere 3 months.
(I am keenly aware that most of the good things in life cannot be bought with money but am grateful all the same for what money *can* buy.)
