IC on the NYSE, indian stock starting to move, up a little today but when compared to INFY and SIFY has a long way to go.

Rande: I have a question since I am fairly new to the market and don't know all the ins and outs yet. Yesterday TBY was offered a buyout @ $6 a share it was trading the day before around 3 1/2. It opened at 5.25 and today it is up to 5 7/16. Why wouldn't it just go to $6? Is it because something could happen to this deal between now and the 2nd quarter closing? would it have been risky to go in yesterday and buy @ 5.25 and turn around and sell when it reached $6? Thanks Dennis
