That's correct. You're delighted to get the op to discover this little gem, at a time far beyond the point where it should no longer be a little gem. Point blank..... in the past year, it has been managed into mediocrity.

So, with my respect, do me a favor..... please read the entire thread, start to finish, here and at Yahoo. Then reread your message, and consider that perhaps your instructive message is a bit inappropriate.

If you also read THIS thread, start to finish, you'll see that one focus is "how to manage a biotech with insight and innovation". That's why we're in this thread, at this time, with GLIA-related commentary.

Oesterling has kept his head down, focused on his targets. While his peripheral vision obviously resembles that of Cyclops, he has kept nose to grindstone. This is an admirable trait. It is not the ONLY trait that you want in a CEO during periods of liquidity flood.

With respect to Adam and responsiveness. I'd consider that past feedback from those who are currently frustrated has blunted the arrogance and led to the privileges that you currently enjoy.

Do me a favor. Don't respond to me on this subject again until you've read the threads. I'm not interested in hearing further comment unless there's understanding of the factors that ended in this sort of frustration. Thanks.
