GMST does not have shipments, inventory, labor strikes, returns or concerns due to earthquake in taiwan. It does have "channel partners"(licensees) in a loose sense but the relationship is very unlike say between Dell and INTC. GMST is mostly interested in making money off its intellectual property and its strong media backing(after merger with TVG).
