RE CREE and Shur as an Educator "The absolute single best tutorial on SiC semiconductor technology that I have found". Greg, The above comment is more a function of the sparsity of detailed information. I don't know the guy so can't comment on his value as an educator. There is a lot of information in his presentation that may be of interest to any potential investors in CREE. Since you've apparently had some training about solid state devices, this should be easier reading for you than most other. FATBOY
