CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2000--Sonoma Financial
Corporation/VictorMaxx Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:VMAX) one of the
largest payday advance operators in the greater Chicago area,
announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Fast Bucks
perating Company, LLC to acquire their Iowa operations. The agreement
calls for Sonoma to take possession of six Fast Bucks locations,
bringing its total store count to 60. The financial terms of the
purchase were not disclosed.
Sonoma plans to improve customer service at Fast Bucks by
implementing its systems and by training existing management on
Sonoma's methods of operation. The company also announced their
intentions to continue to expand the Iowa operations as well as
evaluate neighboring cities in Illinois.
