A bit too cryptic for my feeble brain, I guess. We are giving back some of it today. I should go with my gut sometimes, which told me to sell those calls yesterday, after five solid days of new highs. Let's see if we can get something positive out of them Monday.

ESPN Selects Wegener's ENVOY for Contribution

DULUTH, Ga., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Wegener Corporation (Nasdaq: WGNR), announced it has received an order from ESPN, Inc. for digital video satellite transmission equipment. ENVOY, Wegener's Digital Video Courier, and UNITY4422 IRD's (Integrated Receiver Decoders) are included in this order.

ENVOY is an integrated encoder/modulator that includes the latest technologies available for both video quality and modulation formats that supports both MPEG-2 4:2:2 and 4:2:0. ESPN will be using ENVOY to transmit feeds from remote live game locations to their main uplink facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Wegener's UNITY4422 receivers will be used at ESPN to receive and decode the feeds, which will then be re-transmitted to cable affiliates.
