I agree with you. Hardis has probably embarrassed the analysts so oftem in the last few years that they would like to return the favor.

I expect growth in the semiconductor industry to continue. The logistics software that ETN is selling to the truck industry should help profits. The big question is can ETN buy a company with a net profit percentage greater than 6% or can they buy a company soon and make the senergies create profit before the end of the years. The analysts will also look closely at ETN debt to equity ratios -- How does ETN plan to buy the next $1.6 Billion company?

Yeah the price could go lower, but I don't know how low.

Will a 30% increase in earnings per share justify a 100% in stock price? After ETN reached $10 Billion in sales and an $8 earnings per share, where is future earnings growth going to come from?

Hardis and Cutler may need to give another empressive speech about their future vision of the company in order to get the stock price to reach the goals set several years ago.
