It is quite clear from the press release. They will be taking a charge. Take off your blinders, you will see better.

Indeed, I was puzzled about the settlement until Lev said "old law". Holy Moly, I had assumed that the new law, which puts a substantial burden of proof on the plaintiff, would rule.

Thanks Rich. I was glad to hear, also, that they are definitely transitioning this quarter to commercial accounting rather than R&D.
