<<<So what's the scoop?>>> Management was in a sell side office yesterday. They had a long Q&A with the sales force. Apparantly, it went well. The sales people are banging the phones both to institutions and retail. If the ASP side of their business were valued at 19x 2001 revenues (peer group ASP's), and the rest of their business at modest multiples, the valuation matrix brings it to about $25. They have the same philosophy as BWAY,which gets a higher still p/s. Also, I'm told they'll be off the SC listing soon. Good luck. -Liam
