Bloomberg propaganda machine in overdrive today, this time in conjunction with the always reliable IEA (ROFLMAO). TODAY OPEC is expected to ease cuts.

quote.bloomberg.com
...
"By not raising production, the group risks alienating Western allies and derailing global economic growth through high oil prices, analysts said."

(There are those moronic unnamed analysts again)
...

"A lack of inventories cold trigger ``a scramble to find oil.'"

(Yeah, they are all fighting over who gets to lease the remaining rigs)

...
"OPEC output is already rising, partly because its members
aren't sticking to their quotas."

<Slider...I am holding 1500 shares FGH at a considerable loss <Cost bassis of 12> What is your opinion about selling now and jumping in something with more upsdie from here..or do I hold it and wait it out? > While I'm not the famous Slider,,and the OSX seems to be covered with an insecurity blanket(OPEC),,,why not take a look at 3com (COMS)..Their Palm division is slated for spinoff on the 28th,,approximately 6 months from that time,,holders of COMS shares should receive somewhere in the area of 1.2-1.5 shares of PALM for every share of COMS held(my hopes are that the PALM operating system, will become the OS of choice for personal devices,,many indications are pointing that way)...just a little different idea..watched the interview with the CEO of chevron(I think that was the company) yesterday...he was talking flat spending in the OSX,,figured another year.IMO, the multi's are going to hang on to their cash for a while longer, and breath a sigh of relief after seeing $10 oil last year..DD
PS: sounds like our gov might chip in to help pay heating bill costs...what a crock o shit,,no one has come knocking on my door offering to split and stack wood!
