I strongly think that very close to 100% of all wafer starts are 0.18. 100% of Athlon's being produced are now at 0.18. This is fairly consistent with what they have been saying all along, perhaps a bit behind.

Once K6-2+ is released, I expect AMD to quickly ramp down the 0.25u process and finally make the move to 100% 0.18u. That should take some time, though.

Tenchusatsu, all production including K6 was to be at 0.18u by the end of Q4....whether they made or not I don't know.
