Service cost is $30 per month

I know a few people subscribe to Charter service. But I think $30 should be the money goes to Charter only, and you still need to pay Earthlink $19.99 as your broadband ISP. Also, as far as I know Charter has tier service, which means you have a cap on downstream (download), it used to be 256K, but I believe they have boosted the limit up to a bit faster than that. Things may have changed in Charter that I may not be aware of.
