Ryan,

ABTE was beaten down pretty hard by the news of the SEC looking into their accounting, and then the report about an amendment to an old lawsuit. IMO, amending the suit has no real bearing on the merit of the suit in the first place, but with this hanging over ABTE's head it probably won't go anywhere fast. Still, at $6 for a company in a strong business sector that was estimated to make over $.60 per share in 1999 (report delayed, no doubt because or the SEC business) and close to $1.00 per share in 2000, I think they still have a bright future. I'm not real happy about getting caught in the downdraft, but I would have jumped all over it at $5 if I had the chance. At $6, I think it's a buy.

I did a pretty quick turnaround on my long ROST AUG15 calls. Now I'm looking for a possible entry point. I'm guessing it will come back to test the high 13s before it takes off at this point. There sure was no follow through on the pop to $15+

KM is a mystery. I'm long the 2002JAN10 calls that are now selling for 2_1/2. I can hardly believe this thing keeps slipping lower. P/E is almost down to 5. I'm getting tempted to buy some more. The weekly chart is starting to look very promising.

I would write some near term calls against my LEAPs if I could, but not allowed in this account.
