You know maybe, just maybe, the premium for INPR is that there is a big OEM deal or something else just around the corner and timing the merger before the deal is announced will provide INPR shareholders with a huge premium over what they would have post announcement.

Oh shit, I just woke up!

Dennis,

we also get 0.747 calls per INPR share

I agree with your assessment. There may not be a fixed date for the exercise of these common stock purchase rights. It may be event based, e.g., upon a hostile takeover attempt. (Someone at Corel may be paranoid enough to set this up.)

Is there a place we can find the Canadian equivalent of SEC filings?

Dennis,

Correction on stock purchase rights. I reread Article II 2.01 (c) a few more times and now have modified my interpretation. I now believe the INPR shares already had stock purchase rights for more INPR shares associated with them. The stock purchase rights associated with the CORL shares merely replaces the INPR rights and are issued at the same 0.747 ratio as the common shares.

Soooo .... the purchase conditions were set by INPR predecessors back in 1991 ... just like the Article says.

You probably already knew that .. being a more astute reader than me. <G>
