XOI ran from a low (3 year low) of 376.52 in March of 1999 to a high of 547.54 in the Sept/Oct 1999 time frame. This afternoon its trading at 430 and change. An 80% retracement of the run from 376 to 547 would take us to about 410. Wonder if it will hold there? There is a lot of time between now and the March OPEC meeting for the XOI components to get beaten up.

If 410 doesn't hold, where does TA say we could look for support? 376, the starting point of the run last year?

Ironic that we approach the XOI 3 year low point when oil is near $30.00/bbl!

If "Hinkey" is shorting INTC and loading up on HAL sub 35 I'm "Super Hinkey". I'm obviously not from Chicago.
