Lev did assess the competition, particularly the Japanese (he did not mention ULBI or Lith). Basically, for a formable li poly battery there is none for the larger sizes. And for the phone cell batteries, particularly 6 mil or thinner, again there is none. That is also why licensing will be very attractive. And while Lev did not say this, it will also give a second source for the OEMs.
