Curly, actually, in most cases, the stock is used for employees options, since these shares are already registered, when the employees want to dispose of these shares, they may not need to be registered again. It is rare (and I do not know of any such case) that such shares are sold back into the market (without a secondary offering, and then new shares could be added).

Very low volume relative to today's move. A false movement if I ever saw one. We shall see.
Somebody's willing to sell $20 bills for $12 as long as nobody buys too many. The deceptive hope is that not many will take them up on it and that the ploy will allow them to buy some themselves.

A lot of baloney negative chit chat also - that's usually a good sign.
