Interesting story/roadmap:

<OEMs wary of Intel's 'paper launches>

<Intel released its latest roadmap last week (see chart) but said products could be rolled out even earlier, most likely to keep up with AMD. The Intel rival released an 850-MHz Athlon Friday, in advance of what sources say will be Intel's 850- and 866-MHz Coppermine launches March 27.>

Ted, AMD never said all processors would be .18 by November, just Athlon wafer starts. AMD said all processors would be .18 sometime this year. All Athlons coming out of Austin are now .18 so K6-2 is the only processor being made on .25.

Cirruslver, its been so long now so I can't argue with you but I am 90% certain Sanders said all chips by the end of Q4 would be on the 0.18u process....first the Athlons and then the K6.
