Now let's see. Rambus does not produce its own chips, correct? And Rambus can only make profits if the big memory producers build RDram chips and pay Rambus a royalty, n'est pas? And does a small company sue those same big guys who are supposed to build those chips unless that small company KNOWS that there is NO possibility of this occurring?

NOT!

So where does that leave us? Is it possible that Rambus' management, together with a few of the buried funds decide to give the shorts (half of the float) a serious test of their resolve before the final collapse? Nah, it couldn't be that. (g)
