thelofveman I get defensive when folks use abusive, profane language, issue personal attacks on my coworkers, shout in their posts, tell our customers to go elsewhere, tell prospective customers to stay away, and repeat this abuse almost daily on multiple boards. If one of our customers is not happy with the service, I'm sorry - I hate losing a customer - and I work harder to try and improve the system. I invite you to download a free copy of our software and try out our chat channels - see what level of support we provide for yourself. I'm usually in channel 1 during the market day, I will be happy to answer any questions you have.
