I get defensive when folks use abusive, profane language, issue personal attacks on my coworkers, shout in their posts, tell our customers to go elsewhere, tell prospective customers to stay away, and repeat this abuse almost daily on multiple boards. If one of our customers is not happy with the service, I'm sorry - I hate losing a customer - and I work harder to try and improve the system.

I'm usually in channel 1 during the market day, I will be happy to answer any questions you have. If I can't answer any question or problem you have, I'll refer you up to a higher level of support until you do get an answer.
