Kieth I guess the allocation size is set before hand. They dont see the demand and # of requests and then decide allocation size. For instance when so many DJs were issued for FTHL, they gave few select people in 100 lots. I guess if they had 10 share lots for WEBM, every body would have gotten shares. So they have to draw some fineline.
