Roger, I think that the lawyers will get the cash, and maybe up to 30% of the shares, the Judges are now getting tough on ambulance chasers and setting limits to their compensation. Just an opinion , of course, but even that should be some $11 MM or so of money for filing few papers and then settling out of court. What a racket..., of course, as a result of that, you will not find any unsubstantiable matter in VLNC's SEC documents and ample warnings of all the things that can go wrong. If you apply Murphy's law, what can go wrong will..., at least some people think so.
