LG, I'm of a similar mind - on the other hand, propping up the market allows the big boyz some time to position themselves better. Its an interesting position with the underloved so sold off and the overloved up so high... I can't really see an easy way out of this. Perhaps this setup is perfect for an across the board rally (starting in underloved, and spreading to the overloved simply because it is their birthright!) which leads to the blow off Nasdaq top that we all look for. Or, something else happens on the weekend to cause panic. Whatever - while the market is moving its easier to navigate, now we are left with speculation - or, wine. I choose the later and resolve not to think about it too much this weekend. Ok, after I update my charts... Cheers Michael
