Well, the past I am dewelling on is less than 3 years old and not 5 to 10 years. Sematech ordering a system is not a glowing endorsement but it is a start. And as they say, Time will Tell. Have you worked with either system personally and can give us first hand feedback? That would be better than any VLSI comment or PO that has been placed. I will try to find an industry contact with first hand experience, if I can find one, and report back. AV
