From RB, a "group" is looking into "controlling" IDCN; take this however you like, just the messenger here ... this has been so unprofitable and boring any gossip at least spices things up a bit .... We are not new to this "game". I wish to clarify our relationship with him. We have known him for years. He has never done us wrong. But, then I am a big guy. We are in this deal by default and are not happy with his progress in rectifying the situation. Therefore, we are taking matters inour own hands so to speak. This is not the first time we have totally re-organized a company to get our money back. I will give you examples Sunday when I have more time. I am off to catch a plane. I will check web Sunday and respond By: PROPUS Reply To: 5787 by sal+sal Monday, 14 Feb 2000 at 12:21 AM EST Post # of 5788 I do not understand how a group of shareholders would remain in a deal, which lost them money and is always going down. There is a new bus every 12 minutes. Why would a shareholder allow management such "control",and then complain when it fails. That is why we got a "hold" of JB.The stock failed to perform to our expectations. No excuses. Let us work together and make it right. Nobody has anything but, to win at this point. The company must be re-organized. New directors must be added. NO roll backs! A project whith mass stock market appeal, must be vended immediately. Something the company and new directors can buid on. The general puplic must have a logical reason to buy, as well, one would hope that with a little thought, this company could turn into something
