Rob, Thank you very much for your post. We are always open to our customers' concerns; however, we feel that your comments on the "honesty" of our operations staff are untrue. By no means have we ever operated with the mentality of keeping the truth from our customers. If anything, we have always done our best to keep our customers well informed and honesty is of utmost importance in our organization. This includes the availability of shortable shares. You are correct in that we may have not "openly" divulged the reason shares are not currently available, however, be it the shares are not available as a result of Penson or CyBerCorp, the fact that they are not available holds true. As for a better form of risk management, we understand the importance of traders' ability to short and we are in the process of working on the development of alternative risk management options to better serve our customers.
