Bruce,

"locked out from Feb 15 to Mar 15."

50% cash may be a bit extreme.
The Dow is lower than where it spent most of last year.
The S&P should find a bottom and bounce quickly in the next couple weeks.
The m12 had a large number of hits for this weekend so the smallcaps are still in gear with the R2K chart looking just fine.
The Nasdaq is still on the nutty side and I'm still not even going to try to make any call on it.
