Hank:

I guess you are looking at it from a different perspective.
If my average price was over $1, I'd be looking to at
least get whole again. However, I have been more
fortunate in starting my purchases last year, and have
bought at very low prices.

Permitting is certainly not a sure thing, but Frank and
his team have worked very hard to dot their i's and cross
their t's in this regard.

True the project will cost money, but relatively reasonable
amounts, which is not expected to result in any share
dilution.

Finally, I would doubt that a major mining team would
join the company with an aim to get into production, if
it was "just a bunch of holes". I am not a geologist,
but after reviewing the maps and discussing it with
management, I believe that they have a multi-million
ounce deposit, with at least one very rich zone, the BC
vein.

You ought to be partially pleased with the nice bounce, as
your loss is being diminished. I fully expect that if you
hang on, you will not only be made whole, but will make
money on this deal.

Regards

Dan
