Wow it's amazing how a famous brilliant technology analyst can affect a daily chart.

Chips get cheaper all the time and Terayon makes their own. A fairly insignificant expense in the future, I'd reckon. Again, what? bad profitability? Pro forma profitable they are- what was it, +.04 vs. expected -.08 last Q?--look at it how you will, revenues are booming and analyst expectations are being exceeded greatly. You get more channels and higher bandwidth according this CNBC report I just mentioned. Betcha that's right, eh? Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that TERAYON can use noisy spectrum between 5-20hz? I don't think TDMA can do that. Or because S-CDMA can tailor bandwidth throughout their system- saving it for channels where it is appreciated? I don't think TDMA can do that.
