Without going in deep analysis my view is that small pharma or even good generic company (like Biovail in Canada) with strong presence in this market will be CELG marketing target.

If safety results are as good as efficiency (seams that it will be) than they have at least six months for negotiation, no need for rush. Now with very strong financial position on their side.
