Yep, I agree that some sort of an important top was put it, whether if it was the main TOP TOP, I dont know.

When you mentioned SPIN - I just laugh at CNBC at times, where some of them continue to put the positive spin on things. Sometimes its very minor like, "the DOW is off its lows" when the DOW was previously down 120 points and at that time was only down 105.

Of course those who are bullish may say the same thing.

Also AMZN issued ..I think the company has somthing like $2 bill in debt and loosing around $300 mill per quarter

Just want to add that:
The first convertible debt(issued in 2/99); 1.2B with a $78 per share conversion price, has mostly been converted into Amzn shares and sold into the float already, per the SEC filings.

In other words, the 1.2B debt is pretty much disappeared. They just "completed" the second debt issue two days ago, 861M at 6.85% with an "adjustible" conversion price of $103. The "story" goes on.
