Interspeed Announces $10 Million International Distribution Agreement
With OMNILOGIC Telecomunicaciones

Leading Global Engineering Firm to Market Interspeed's Integrated DSL Access Solutions In Spain, Chile, Argentina and
Mexico; Continues Expansion of Interspeed's International Reseller Network

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Interspeed Inc. (Nasdaq: ISPD - news), a leading provider of integrated, high-speed digital subscriber
line (DSL) access solutions for building-centric service providers, today announced a $10 million agreement to deliver equipment over the next three years to
OMNILOGIC Telecomunicaciones, S.A. Under terms of the contract, Madrid, Spain-based OMNILOGIC will market Interspeed's complete family of integrated
DSL Access Routers to service providers in Spain, Chile, Argentina and Mexico. This agreement further expands Interspeed's international market presence and
positions the company's innovative platforms as the DSL access solution of choice for global carriers.

The agreement with OMNILOGIC is the latest in a series of steps Interspeed is taking to expand its worldwide distribution network. In addition to Spain, Chile,
Argentina and Mexico, Interspeed was one of the first DSL equipment vendors to establish representation in the fast-growth Asia Pacific market.

``DSL service is poised for rapid growth in the Spanish, Chilean, Argentine and Mexican markets. To capitalize on this opportunity, OMNILOGIC evaluated
leading DSL access platforms in terms of their overall cost to our service provider customers, as well as speeding their time to market,' said Joseph de Pedro,
C.E.O. of OMNILOGIC Telecomunicaciones, S.A. ``Interspeed's products are the only solutions that incorporate the multiple components necessary for DSL
service, including routing and switching. This integrated architecture not only provides lower equipment and management costs, but it also helps our customers to
quickly bring their services to market.'

``Interspeed is developing an extensive worldwide distribution network for global delivery of its product', said Art Goodwin, Senior Vice President of Worldwide
Sales at Interspeed, Inc. ``Through our partnerships with local telecom experts such as OMNILOGIC, Interspeed should be able to extend its reach throughout
Europe, South America and Latin America.'

About Interspeed's Product Family

Interspeed offers a highly scalable family of DSL Access Routers - the Interspeed 1000, Interspeed 500, and Interspeed DART. All three products include
complete DSL aggregation, Layer 2 switching, IP Routing, and VPN functions in a single device, thus eliminating the need for service providers to purchase these
components separately, and saving significant cost. The Interspeed DART is the industry's first complete, low-density DSL solution that enables service providers to
deliver high-speed Internet access and other advanced IP applications to the Multi-Tenant Unit (MTU) market. The Interspeed 500 is designed for larger MTU and
Central Office environments, and the Interspeed 1000 is ideal for larger deployments in central office environments. The three products are managed with
Speedview(TM), a powerful set of administration and management functions that make installation as simple as ``plug and play.'
