It appears that not only is ADM used to paying off lawsuits but they can well afford to do so.

Suggestion. If this search starts to become extensive maybe the results should be posted on the IGNE thread

Two things, Joe, one, that
assumes they get all that they
are asking the court for, and
two, that was based on whatever
the share count was a few years
ago. I have no idea how many
shares exist currently.

The bottom line, however, is
if they win a big settlement (and ADM
does have a habit of losing big) IGNE
will have a massive infusion of free
cash.
