J.Goren; I sometimes wonder if it feels to you like no one is appreciating the efforts you go to in order to keep this thread up to date with all we need to know about NextWave. So I want to tell you that I do appreciate it and particularly your small comments about each new announcement like "It's all over folks" and the significance of the appeals court telling the FCC they can plan for auctions. Without this, there would be no way for me to form an accurate opinion of what the possible future outcome of the legal proceedings would be. In light of subsequent posturings (and I recall that you said that the FCC could appeal, but it likely wouldn't do them any good), would you temper your statement about it being all over in any significant way? But mostly just thank you. Lance
