GO*Q: I went to the newsstand yesterday to pick up 2 copies of Money; one for me and one for my son, who is now studying investment strategies, in preparation for real-world money management. This past year has been incredible for me and my family, and our retirement in ensured, courtesy of QCOM and other Gorilla/King investments. This after years of struggling to match the market and failing, because of listening to financial media types and brokers. I gave my son his first shares of stock, 280 QCOM the first of this year. Now he has located a great little company in the Wireless field, SCKT, which has great prospects. I warned him not to sell his Q and he sees the wisdom in this recommendation. He was inspired by your diligence and courage with the Q investment, as was I. Just to let you know that your efforts on the thread, and more importantly, your example of a disciplined small investor, are greatly admired. Congratulations and many thanks.
