HWB, "Winnick controls abt 46% individually and through his Pacific Capital venture. Read somewhere that insiders control 72%, although I don't know if that is current." I believe that those were the figures prior to the Frontier deal closing. Insiders should now own approximately 40% of shares. When the self-imposed lock-up ends April 1, I hope that they continue to hold the vast majority of those shares to ward off bids from other companies. The more they continue to hold the more they will be worth, perhaps in multiples, in a few short years. CF Rebel
