Finally ! So now after all this time of having clients totally left helpless on a regular basis for weeks and months with lock-ups and cancellations , and freeze-ups
.... you finally admit here, that you were all along having these very serious and flawed problems with MyTrade's software! LOL! And you say you have these fixed, after so many months?

...half the battle with you guys was just to get you to admit, like you have finally done in your post here, that in fact these problems do and did in fact --->EXIST!

One of the biggest problems all along, PEWED, was for many of us who have had to suffer losses, because of this totally useless trading platform ( in the morning gaps, and fast moving issues and failed order cancellations) was to hear all along from you and others that everything was working just fine & dandy.

That admission is long overdue on this thread..... and maybe if you guys had been a little more honest and forthcoming about these constant problems
sooner, and the regularity of their occurance
.....then the clients you already had would not have had to resort to making strong statements here ,very "Loudly",
just to try to make people aware , that MyTrade was in reality, is/was not " Trading like a Pro "....as they were advertising all over the Internet . Typical that after so long you admit it here finally!

***I still caution any person who is thinking of using MyTrade, here
to very seriously reconsider.

Thanks PEWD, for fianally admitting here once and for all , that
I was right and accurate with all my statements in the past of MyTrade actually in truth being a disaster to trade with.

Good luck with anyone choosing to trade with MyTrade.

have a nice day,

2MAR$

You have finally stated: ------->Prior to this week we had problems with the system freezing and locking up at the open for the first 10-15 minutes of each trading day. A similar issue was evident during the last 7-8 minutes of each trading day.... Why did it take you people so many weeks to admit this? You think it is fun to trade like that?? And have no word here or from the company about what they are doing about it?

And for how long did this go on?----> maybe months?.... And how long did it take for you people to admit or even begin to fix these problems?---> maybe months ?
And are they fixed?----->Remains to be seen! and it still taks 15-20mins to reach somebody on the phone, and they as in chat, know nothing about having any problems....yet you finally admit it here!

.... As you try to add more and more customers, while feeding off the ones you already had, supplying
them with an inferior product & service , that constantly failed.

***Now that the truth is finally out about MyTrade PEWD, I think you will find my manner a great deal more relaxed and reasonable. As for "Profanity", there is nothing more
profane than a company stating it has a benign "philosophy"
towards it's clients, and then on the other hand provides them faulty and defecient tools that fail constantly and are potentially harmful and
devasting to their fiscal well being. While all the while trying to hide from the very real problems that did exist, and claiming to provide the "tools of the Pros"....
having a system freeze up daily for weeks, is "Trading like a Pro"?

That my friend----->is profane!

I told the truth, PEWED, that's less than what you were capable of doing, my friend. So why don't you do us all a favor and keep us posted and updated as to whether mytrade
will function like it's supposed too, finally, and
stop being in such denial, when the problems all along were very real!

PEWD, I funded my account last week and Friday was the first day where I scalped. Did 26 tickets total, and was fairly pleased with the performance of mytrack. There was a couple of times where it took a little longer than I would have liked to cancel an order (maybe 20 seconds), but I didn't seem to have any of the problems listed by other folks on this thread. I'm still not quite sure why sometimes it would route to HRZG and other times to NITE (I have NITE selected in the configuration). I'll need to watch closer the next time I get a chance to daytrade.

Also, I didn't use the one-click method with my Level II screens, maybe next time.

I am curious as to what your guys are finding out about running Mytrack on a high-bandwidth system. I'm using a cable modem, and I have noticed times where the quotes seem to lurch across instead of flowing smoothly. I don't have a modem, so I can't use that as a workaround. I have done a fair amount of fiddling with the registry settings to optimize for the cable modem (setting MaxMTu to 1500 and so on), so maybe that's doing something. But if there's anything new on that issue, please pass it along.

Thanks,
bobk
