I think Albert is responsible for the DELAYS however in Merced and willy thru poor management.>

The way I see it the design group screwed up and the marketing group is scrambling and made a few bad calls trying to recover from the problem. Enough blame to go around but the root cause, IMHO, is certainly design management.
