Does anyone know why PFCK is on the phase in list with FAIL next to it?

I think when you have a number assigned you have filed, but SEC might want clarification on certain items before giving a Pass.

Anyone else?

PFCK, means they are non compliant and they have 30 days to become compliant or they get moved to the pinks.
